RESULTS
Please see the files below to see the results of our macroinvertebrate sampling. Please note that these results are preliminary until three years of data is collected. Each stream received a Stream Quality Score based on the quantity and types of macroinvertebrates collected. Streams with a high rating (Excellent & Good) were found to have more pollution-sensitive species compared to streams with a low score (Fair & Poor) which contained more pollution-tolerant species. We expect this monitoring data will help these streams receive greater attention and potentially lead to protective or corrective actions.
